The feeling of being “at home” is still a really important consideration for commercial property buyers and tenants.
Follow our 5 top tips below to create commercial property listings that show off your properties in the best possible light.
It’s all about the photos
Well-shot images that focus on the best features of your properties are the best way to grab the attention of potential customers. Make sure your photos:
Give a good sense of the space available – showing the premises in the cleanest and clearest way
Show the exterior and every room available, including any shared reception or communal areas so people can envisage hosting visitors.
We’d recommend including between 5 and 9 images in total.
Keep your summary text punchy
You only have 300 characters to entice someone to click on to your listing, so use them wisely.
Keep it short and punchy – every word counts
Focus on the property’s key assets, like whether it’s close to shops, public transport or has parking.
Use capitalize to HIGHLIGHT key words. But use is sparingly – you don’t want to overdo it.
Add a brochure and/or particulars
You can attach your own branded brochure, or property particulars, for free with your commercial listings. Make sure to use this as it’s a great way to give someone more information on a property and to promote your brand on Right move.
Update all the information
It sounds obvious but if you fill in all of the details around key features and information, you’re likely to get better enquiries. Include complete information around:
The existing lease situation
How viewings can be arranged
Update all info
This will reduce the number of time wasters and encourage those who have a genuine interest to get in touch with you.
Speak to your Account Manager
Your Account Manager is here to help you make the most of every listing. They can share best practice with you on what will help you get maximum enquiries from your listings and look into detail at your specific properties.
